It's never, ever too late to visit the dentist. A check up is a fast way to find out about your teeth, gums and the health of your mouth.
At Graceville Dental Practice, our patients are always our number one priority. We want you to feel relaxed and valued because we truly care about you – and we love what we do.
When you visit our dental practice, you’ll receive a friendly welcome and we’ll take the time to put you at ease by explaining your dental procedure. We’ll also take you through some oral hygiene tips which will assist in caring for your teeth and gums.
Our patients say they find us caring, compassionate, honest, trustworthy and professional. We’re never too busy to greet you with a smile, take your call, answer your questions or spend the time you need to understand your dental treatment or how any oral health issues can be overcome.
For more than 30 years, we’ve enjoyed getting to know all our lovely patients and their families – and they’ve become part of our family. In fact, we are now treating the children and grandchildren of many of our original patients!
We’re invested in your continuous, long-term health. It’s important to us that you leave happy and want to return – and our ever-growing list of long-term patients demonstrates that we consistently deliver a high level of dental care and value for money. Our practice also continues to grow based on the steady stream of referrals we receive from our many happy patients and we invite you to join this happy group.
As a patient of Graceville Dental Practice, you have healthcare rights. To read more about your rights, please click here to download the Australian Charter of Healthcare Rights.
By sharing the latest information about your dental condition and the potential treatments, we help you feel at ease and equip you to make informed decisions about your oral health. At your consultation appointment, we provide you with a treatment plan to take home, read and understand.
Our greatest reward is seeing our patients happy and confident with their teeth and smile. We take pride in ensuring our patients feel comfortable, at ease and that they want to return. If we can achieve your comfort, we’re happy.
To ensure maximum oral health and avoid or minimise potential dental issues, our dentists set patients on a maintenance path to come in for regular 6 monthly check-up and clean appointments. It’s important to check your teeth and gums for decay or disease, and take any appropriate preventative treatment early. The earlier any oral health issues are addressed, the better.
If you have private health cover, we suggest you check with your health fund to confirm what your fund will cover on these check-up and clean procedures, before booking.
